Welcome to my practice. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety disorders in adults and older teens. I also provide therapeutic services for couples with relationship or marital difficulties, and for individuals dealing with the hardship of divorce. I'm experienced in working with emotional trauma, loss, abuse, illness, and bereavement. Many clients come who are healing from addictions and unhealthy relationships.
I also see clients who seek to improve their self-esteem and overall assertiveness and sense of direction in life.
